NEW AT SHARED HOPE

Close

Sex trafficking is a booming industry that thrives because there’s serious demand

The common age a child enters sex trafficking – much too young and naïve to realize what’s happening

WE HAVE A PROBLEM

Society may call it prostitution, but federal law calls it sex trafficking

Because of social stigma or misinformation, victims go unidentified and misidentified, treated for other needs, all masking the true need…

like you...

We desire to live in a world where boys, girls and vulnerable adults are protected from sexual exploitation, and sex trafficking is a problem of the past.

with twenty years of experience in the fight,

WE HAVE A COMPREHENSIVE PLAN

  • null

    PREVENT

We teach youth, parents, community members and professionals to prevent sex trafficking by identifying warning signs.

  • null

    RESTORE

We provide funding and technical assistance to successful partners worldwide to restore and empower survivors.

  • null

    BRING JUSTICE

We work hand-in-hand with state and federal lawmakers to strengthen laws to make sure buyers and traffickers go to jail and survivors are respected.

BUT WE NEED YOUR HELP

Become an volunteer

Volunteer in our Vancouver, WA office or train as an Ambassador of Hope and educate your community to prevent sex trafficking.

Become an activist

Advocate for strong laws, educate yourself on the issue, or attend a conference and become activated to fight sex trafficking.

Become a giver

Empower our work by giving financially or starting a Facebook fundraiser for Shared Hope.

Be the Hero

Together we can create a world passionately opposed to sex trafficking where every survivor is surrounded by trained professionals, an alert community, just law and policy, knowledgeable service providers and appropriate shelter options.
