They are the ideal locations for pimps or traffickers to bring victims because there is anonymity, they can stay for short periods of time, and buyers of sex feel comfortable using hotels. As long as hotels are seen as an anonymous and low-risk venue for selling sex, this will continue to be where victims are exploited.
