2022 CHOSEN Program Survey

You are receiving this survey because you have been identified in the Shared Hope network as someone that may work in education with youth that are in the Junior High or High school age range or as an administrator in education. If you do not work in this capacity, you may disregard this survey. If you do work in this capacity, we would like to invite you to please help us by completing a brief survey.

We are in the process of developing a sex trafficking prevention programming featuring CHOSEN for educators to present to students during a class period. It will be video content with supplemental material. We want to know, what is the best type of programming for youth in the classroom? The survey should take you no longer than 5 minutes.
