This panel will discuss the juvenile justice court process from the point of identifying a minor as trafficked to the disposition of the case by the court. Stakeholders will discuss barriers to non-punitive responses and service delivery, current approaches to overcoming system restraints and limitations to providing services within the juvenile justice system, and recommendations for changes to that system.
