Living out our faith by protecting children, restoring hope, and pursuing justice.
At Shared Hope International, our faith informs who we are and why we serve. We believe every child is created with inherent dignity and worth, and that confronting injustice is a responsibility shared by people of conscience everywhere.
Faith in Action reflects our commitment to live out these values through prayer, learning, and action. It is an invitation to engage thoughtfully and faithfully in the work of preventing exploitation and supporting survivors on their journey toward healing.
While our foundation is rooted in Christian faith, we work alongside individuals and communities from many backgrounds and denominations who share a commitment to protecting children and pursuing justice.

Faith That Leads to Action
Scripture consistently calls God’s people to respond when injustice harms the vulnerable.
“Learn to do good. Seek justice. Help the oppressed. Defend the cause of orphans. Fight for the rights of widows.”
Isaiah 1:17
For Shared Hope, faith is not expressed through words alone. It compels action. It shapes how we advocate for laws that protect children, how we partner with communities to strengthen prevention, and how we walk alongside survivors with humility, care, and perseverance.
Faith does not replace action. It motivates it.
PRAYER IS ACTION
A Guided 30 Day Prayer Journey
Prayer is one of the most meaningful ways to engage in this work. When we pray, we intercede for children who are vulnerable to exploitation, for survivors seeking safety and restoration, and for leaders and systems to reflect justice, wisdom, and compassion.
Our Prayer Guide is a 30 day journey designed to be started at any time of the year. It can be used individually, with family, in small groups, or within church communities. Each day includes Scripture, reflection, and prayer prompts focused on prevention, healing, and justice.
Rather than following a calendar, the guide is meant to be walked through at your own pace, allowing space to reflect, pray, and respond as God leads.
PRAYERS OF HOPE
Praying for Restoration and Healing
Restoration is a central pillar of Shared Hope’s mission. For more than 25 years, we have worked alongside trusted partners in the United States and around the world to support survivors of sexual exploitation on their journey toward healing and stability.
Through strategic guidance, hands on support, and funding, these local organizations provide safe shelter, trauma informed care, education, and job training. Together, we seek to help women and children experience healing, develop healthy habits and relationships, and find safety and acceptance in secure, supportive communities.
Prayers of Hope is a collection of prayers created to lift up survivors and the partners who walk alongside them every day. As you read and reflect on these prayers, we invite you to pause and pray for the children and communities represented, and to continue in prayer that brings hope, healing, and lasting change.
