Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking 101 is an interactive, self-paced e-learning course for those who come into contact with child sex trafficking victims in the United States. Participants will hear from experts and survivors, watch undercover footage of pimps engaging with buyers, and discover the reality of child sex trafficking in America. Appropriate for professionals in law enforcement, social services and juvenile justice who may come into contact with trafficking victims, this training is versatile and dynamic enough to be informative for all advocates including college students and church or community groups.
This e-learning course is divided into four modules that comprehensively address key topics such as the context of state and federal laws, the relationship between vulnerability and sex trafficking, trafficker control and recruitment tactics, the role demand plays, and ultimately how to respond effectively. Utilizing innovative e-learning principles to maximize information retention, DMST presents the facts and the dynamics of this crime via video, case studies, stories, and quizzes interspersed throughout this interactive course. The Intervene Practitioner Curriculum is an interactive and self-paced course designed for use by service providers who often must address the trauma experienced by Domestic Minor Sex Trafficking (DMST) victims. Developed through the collaboration of experts in trauma and interviewing techniques, this course is designed with professions such as social worker and therapist in mind. It consists of four interactive modules with interspersed videos, and an additional supplement of four videos specific to gang sex trafficking. The complete Intervene Guide and Intake Tool can be downloaded for further reference at the conclusion of the course.

Trafficking Response and Prevention for Gang Involved Youth
Gang Trap was developed through collaboration with law enforcement and service providers familiar with gang operations and the nuances of domestic minor sex trafficking as utilized to enrich the gang. This course is designed to supplement a basic understanding of domestic minor sex trafficking obtained through experience, or through courses such as DMST and Intervene, also offered by Shared Hope International.
