Our goal is to ensure you have the space to access the workshops you want! This year we require registrants to pre-select their workshops to assist us in the planning process. Full refunds are available until October 28 (minus $20 administrative fee). Partial refunds (50%) are available until November 6 (minus $20 administrative fee). Ambassadors of Hope
Shared Hope is hosting a special pre-conference program for trained Ambassador of Hope community advocates at the Gaylord on November 11 from 8:30 AM to 11:30 AM. You’ll have the opportunity to meet other Ambassadors and discuss critical topics regarding your role as a Shared Hope advocate. Registration is now closed. Click here for additional details. CEUs and Credit Hours
Banner Consulting has been approved by National Board of Certified Counselors as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP #6561. Programs that qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified (**). Attendees may receive up to 13.75 credit hours for a fee of $50. Banner Consulting is solely responsible for all aspects of the program. This program is Approved by the National Association of Social Workers (Approval #886539647- 3092) for 13.50 Social Work continuing education contact hours.
The conference registration fee provides access to all pre-conference workshops (lunch on your own), attendance at the main conference, lunch on November 12-13 and access to the networking reception the evening of November 12. Breakfast will not be provided. Attendees must arrange their own transportation to/from the hotel.

Attendees will enjoy an enhanced conference experience at a larger venue with a four-star hotel package. The Gaylord is situated along the Potomac River, providing gorgeous views of the harbor, access to restaurants, nightlife and shopping areas. Take advantage of special conference pricing of $144/night (+$18 resort fee) and a daily discount on parking.
Rooms are available Tuesday, November 10 through Friday, November 13, with extremely limited availability Tuesday and Friday nights. If you plan to attend pre-conference activities, please review the pre-conference workshops before making travel plans. The agenda was designed to allow attendees the option of traveling the morning of November 11. The Gaylord will honor the special rate (based on availability) for two days following the conference if you would like to stay the weekend in D.C.
There are a variety of transportation options between Washington Reagan National Airport (DCA) and the Gaylord Resort including Uber, taxis and shuttle services. The Gaylord Resort offers departures to/from the airport every 20 minutes through Super Shuttle. You may purchase one-way or roundtrip transportation in advance. Attendees who drive are eligible for a small discount on daily parking at the Gaylord.

**Tuesday night rooms are sold out but there are plenty of rooms for Wednesday- Saturday. You are encouraged to book via the discounted rate at the Gaylord and seek a Tuesday night room elsewhere if needed, or extend your stay at a later date if/when a room opens up. Deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. For a full refund, you must notify the hotel three days prior to your arrival.
